All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns at this time.

If in the indecent your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know immediately.

*Please note soy is a natural wax.Some frosting or wet spots may occur after burning*

All candles are made to order in small batches. This means once your order is placed,

your candle will be made. Keep in mind that before shipping; the candle will need to sit for

2-3 days before it is ready to ship. This will help to avoid any issues such as cracking.

Processing and shipping takes about 5-10 days in total. This excludes Sundays and

Holidays.
