DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book an appointment and will go towards your appointment

 

LATENESS

In the event you are running late for your appointment, please reach out via text @        . B.Lee Hairstyling has a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes have allotted, B.Lee Hairstyling cannot guarantee that the original service chosen will be performed. However, a service that best accommodates the time left may be performed. 

 

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule an appointment. Please visit your confirmation email to do so. Please be aware that a 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation and a new appointment must be Made. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations made will result in your deposit being forfeited. If for any reason the stylist has to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.

No call / No shows will be restricted from booking an appointment

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept cash and all major forms of credit cards. Though your card may be on file, you must have your physical card at the time of payment.

In the event  you may want to tip, we prefer cash or Apple Cash
